Dosage and Directions for use

1-2, 5ml medicine measures daily, morning and/or evening after meals with water or fruit juice. Allow effervescent to subside completely before drinking. Do not take on an empty stomach and reduce dosage if bowel discomfort is experienced. Alternatively use as prescribed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
